We are a personalized poetry service that creates unique and meaningful poems for any special occasion.

The poems we create are in free verse, that is, they do not follow any fixed metric pattern or structure.

The poems are written exclusively in Spanish.

Of course. The process would be almost the same, except that in the last entry of the additional information form, you would indicate that you are the client requesting it.

It's quite simple:

1. Fill out the form on each product page with your email address. Remember to be as specific as possible so we can unleash our creativity and create something beautiful and memorable.
2. Place your order. By choosing the type of paper and/or any of the other available options.
3. Once you are ready to process the order, it is important to add the email address, which was entered in the form, and your phone number to the payment gateway. This way, we could associate each form request with each purchase more efficiently.

It depends on our workload and the complexity of the poem itself. An estimated timeframe is between 7 and 10 days to complete the order (excluding delivery times for courier shipments) . In the event of delays or unforeseen circumstances that extend the production time, the client will be kept updated on the progress and whether additional time will be required.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, the poem is now free of copyright; therefore, the customer reserves the right to use it as they see fit.

• Your information will be used exclusively for the creation of the personalized poem.
• We will only request data that is necessary and relevant for this purpose.
• You have complete freedom not to answer any question that makes you uncomfortable or feels private.
• The information you provide will be treated with strict confidentiality and protected against unauthorized access.
• You can modify or withdraw your data at any time, and request the deletion of the information if you wish at any time through any of the contact channels.
• We are committed to handling your data with respect and sensitivity, taking care of your emotional well-being throughout the entire process.

We deliver the poems in paper format, with the option to frame them if desired, as well as in digital format (PDF). If you request the digital version, it will be scanned and sent to the email address you provided.

Yes, we ship packages to Spain, Europe, the United States, and Latin America. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Due to the customized and complex nature of our products, We do not accept returns, except in the following cases :

Significant error on our part: If the delivered poem does not correspond to the agreed specifications or contains serious errors attributable to Poemas a la carta.

Physical product damaged during shipping: If the physical poem arrives damaged or in unsuitable condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Non-receipt of product: If the customer does not receive the digital product by email within 48 hours after the agreed delivery date, or if the physical product does not arrive within the estimated shipping time.

Non-personalized complementary products (frames): Frames and other non-personalized accessories may be returned in their original packaging and unused within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will be happy to resolve any issues related to defects or errors in the order.
